Live opposite the bus stop this morning i rushed as the app said the bus was due in 2mins got there and stayed on 2mins for 18 minutes what the hell is the point of an app that gives false information would actually be better off without this app and use the money from maintaining this useless app and actually provide a half decent bus service :@

It works well and helps me plan how long I've got until the bus arrives. It would be better if there was a refresh button when displaying arrival times.

The times it gives are complete rubbish for my service at least. It says those in bold are real time, so how come every day the bus rolls up 10mins after that time! Just as useless as your real time bus stops! Save yourself some money national express and add more buses to your service!

I was waiting for the bus it said 5 mins so 5 mins later it said due so I waited the 10 mins later it said due so I waited 20 mins later it said 10 mi s and then it came so u really need to get the times right cuz I have deleted this app now!

This app is very useful as it helps people to save time but I don't know why I can't see route 8A bus stops. It's really irritating sometimes.
